Trendsi shipping & returns

Fulfilled by Trendsi. Estimated standard U.S. delivery: 2–5 business days for U.S. warehouse products or 5–10 business days for overseas products. Arrival dates are estimates. Items may arrive separately. Available destinations and customer shipping charges appear at checkout. Expedited and overnight service are unavailable for standard Trendsi dropship orders.

For eligible U.S. Trendsi items, request a return from SAB Solutions USA within 30 days of the item's delivery. This is SAB Solutions USA's customer return window. Contact us for authorization and return instructions before mailing anything. Send the authorized return within 7 days of submitting the request. Items must be unworn, with original tags and clear packaging bearing the SKU label. Trendsi offers no exchanges or standard returns for non-U.S. orders.

Beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear and open-pack wholesale orders are non-returnable under Trendsi’s standard policy. Customers pay return postage except for damaged or incorrectly shipped items; original shipping/handling is non-refundable. Noncompliant returns may be declined or charged a 20% restocking fee. Allow 5–7 business days after Trendsi receives an approved return for processing.

Request authorization and return instructions from contact@sabsolutionsusa.com before mailing anything. Statutory rights are unaffected. See Trendsi shipping terms and Trendsi return terms.
